The Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, or FBLA-PBL (FBLA-ΦΒΛ), is an American career and technical student organization that has its headquarters in Reston, Virginia. Established in 1940, FBLA-PBL is a non-profit organization of high school ("FBLA"), middle school ("Middle Level"), and college ("PBL") students, as well as professional members ("Professional Division"), who primarily help students transition to the business world. CEO had to travel to Fort Stewart, Georgia, to attend a training class for one day and certified by the Georgia National Guard Youth Challenge Program in order for CEO Henderson to be designed as Deonte's mentor.
Through training, discipline, and mentoring, the Georgia National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program provides the education, leadership, character development, and life coping skills to Georgia's youth so that may become successful members of society.
